Pardon my enthusiasm. I started my practice areas for the season, and I'm pretty pumped about it. I know I should do tomorrow, I'm sorry, but this is the kind of pain that is doing so well it hurts!
While I was happily pounding the pavement this morning I thought about some useful tips for the runners outdoors.
For a better running outdoors:
Run on grass, if possible. When I go to the sea, I run on dirt / grass on the side of the path of cement bin. The grass is much easierCollections. Better shock absorption that my Asics Gel sneakers. After running on the sidewalk, which will be present in the knees and hips. Not "Hurt So Good" any direction.
Hills are your friend. Uphill anyway! Descent = Shinsplints. Lift = strong legs and buttocks. The right way to the hills run to rely on them and to shorten the length of the pitch. When you reach the top, you float over them, and climb. If you creep and homeYou could start with a small hill!
Push yourself a little 'more. If you need a break from walking, the feeling that you look ahead and select an item. Could be a bus stop, an intersection or something really. Just choose a place that you want to get before the break can be. This technique helps to press a bit 'more difficult, so you can improve. When you stop when you feel that you're always tired at some point, and not break your energyPlateau.
Take the stairs up. Try adding a staircase in your execution. In one of my routes, I have been three main phases to go on the road. Stairs in your workout. Elevate the heart rate and work different muscles in the lower penalty. Think about climbing it, with your whole foot on the stairs, pressing the heels, for maximum performance. I remember when I went to Toronto Zoo 10k, there was a large scale, in the middle of the barrel. All were groaning andpanting. Not with me! I knew that I would do, no problem! If anything, I found a nice change after they have been on for so long.
Stretching after the run. The difference between a foreign company and a treadmill is like day and night! On electric treadmill, you must keep pace. Outside the body, with all their might to push forward. You feel it! After my morning run today, my muscles are stiff, almost instantly! I probablybegan to take place with the 3 miles of Route 6, but what can I say? I was too excited!
Have fun. Do not feel bad, relax on the attitudes of your ride to medium term and monuments of nature that surrounds you. When I go to the sea I go to the lake, only to feel the wind in minutes. When I walk through the woods, I would like to explore a bit ', look for wildlife. A great advantage for outdoor activities, this yields the landscape. So enjoy the little things in life that makes you happy and you dowaiting for the next race even more!
They have a great season!
